Cleaning and maintenance of your sauna
Regular cleaning of the Sauna is a must for every sauna owner. Dust the cabin regularly with a lint-free cloth. For hard-to-reach places, you can also use a vacuum cleaner. Don't forget to use the Heater before each sauna bath. Swap the Sauna stones if they are cracked or worn.
After the sauna bath, you should only start cleaning when the stove has cooled down completely. You can wipe the floor with a water-vinegar or citric acid solution to clean it thoroughly. Important : Air the Sauna cabin after each sauna and leave the door open until the next sauna bath. Reference : After the bio sauna (with high humidity) you can turn on the Finnish dry sauna. This quickly makes the high humidity disappear. This prevents mould growth in high humidity and insufficient ventilation. Stubborn stains on the wood, for example on the sauna loungers, can be removed with fine sandpaper.
