Our Flora log cabin has a particularly high roof load of 300 kg/m² and the necessary package for green roofing. With the green roof, the Flora garden house still has a snow load of 125 kg/m². The house is made of 28 mm thick wall planks made of Nordic spruce in classic trestle plank construction, thus ensuring easy construction and a very stable construction. In this construction method, the wall planks are stacked in turn, starting with half a plank for a smooth and stable support, and then screwed together. Our patented 6-plus corner connection guarantees very high rain and wind resistance. The pre-drilled holes for screwing the logs in the corner joints are prefabricated at the factory and reduce the installation time enormously. The monopitch roof is made of solid wood. The front roof overhang of 280 mm also effectively protects the entrance area. The floor area is 7.84 sqm with an enclosed space of 16.5 cbm. With a side height of 201 cm and a ridge height of 229 cm, the garden shed offers optimal use of space. The garden house without extensions has a base dimension of 280 cm x 280 cm. In the case of log houses, there is also the dimension of the protruding log heads. Floor beams provide protection from below and are placed under the garden shed. The boiler pressure impregnation of the floor beams already protects them from the effects of the weather and wood-decomposing fungi. With its generous dimensions and solid wood frame, the practical and pre-assembled door ensures easy access to the garden shed and effectively secures the contents from unauthorized access. The glazing of the light cutouts ensures generous daylight.
