Complaint
Before assembly, a quantity check should be carried out using the parts list enclosed with the package. If a part of your product is actually missing or damaged, it must be reported immediately to us or in the store. In case of complaints, please always indicate the serial number of the product. This is noted on the "Complaint about the serial number" form and is enclosed with each product package. This printout must be filled out and sent back to us. In case of a telephone complaint or a complaint, please contact our Complaint form The following information is provided:
- Product Name
- Serial and product number (on the "Complaint about the serial number" form at the top right)
- Name of the online shop/market or specialist retailer with the city and zip code where you purchased this product
- Your delivery note number
- Order confirmation number
- Number and designation of the broken part from your BOM
