Das Gartenhaus wird aus 28 mm starken Wandbrettern aus nordischer Fichte im Steck-/Schraubsystem gefertigt und gewährleistet somit einen einfachen Aufbau und eine stabile Konstruktion. Das Pultdach besteht aus Dachplatte. Die Grundfläche beträgt 4,87 qm bei einem umbauten Raum von 9,39 cbm. Mit einer Seitenhöhe von 193 cm und einer Firsthöhe von 209 cm bietet das Gartenhaus optimale Raumnutzung. Das Gartenhaus ohne Anbauten hat ein Sockelmaß von 241 cm x 199,6 cm. Bodenbalken sorgen für den Schutz von unten und werden unter das Gartenhaus gelegt. Durch die Kesseldruckimprägnierung der Bodenbalken sind diese vor Witterungseinflüssen und holzzersetzenden Pilzen bereits geschützt. Die praktische und vormontierte Tür sorgt mit Ihren großzügigen Abmessungen und dem Massivholzrahmen für einen einfachen Zutritt in das Gartenhaus und sichert den Inhalt nebenbei effektiv vor unbefugtem Zugriff. Die Verglasung der Lichtausschnitte sorgt für großzügigen Tageslichteinfall. Der seitliche Anbauschrank sorgt neben dem Anbaudach für zusätzlichen Stauraum zur einfachen Erreichbarkeit von außerhalb des Hauses.
Es ist problemlos möglich, den Anbauschrank auf die andere Seite zu bauen.
