Das Multifunktionshaus wird aus 19 mm starken Wandbrettern aus nordischer Fichte im Steck-/Schraubsystem gefertigt und gewährleistet somit einen einfachen Aufbau. Die Grundfläche beträgt 4,42 qm bei einem umbauten Raum von 8,05 cbm. Mit einer Seitenhöhe von 181 cm und einer Firsthöhe von 196,5 cm bietet das Gerätehaus optimale Raumnutzung. Das Gartenhaus ohne Anbauten hat ein Sockelmaß von 242 cm x 183 cm. Bodenbalken sorgen für den Schutz von unten und werden unter das Gartenhaus gelegt. Durch die Kesseldruckimprägnierung der Bodenbalken sind diese vor Witterungseinflüssen und holzzersetzenden Pilzen bereits geschützt. Die praktische und vormontierte Tür sorgt mit ihren großzügigen Abmessungen und dem Massivholzrahmen für einen einfachen Zutritt in das Gartenhaus und sichert den Inhalt nebenbei effektiv vor unbefugtem Zugriff. Die Verglasung der Lichtausschnitte sorgt für großzügigen Tageslichteinfall. Der seitliche Anbauschrank sorgt neben dem Anbaudach für zusätzlichen Stauraum zur einfachen Erreichbarkeit von außerhalb des Hauses.
Es ist nicht möglich, den Anbauschrank auf die andere Seite zu versetzen.
Dieses Gartenhaus ist in beiden Varianten auch gespiegelt montierbar.
The optional erhältliche Fußboden ist ausschließlich für das Gartenhaus vorgesehen und nicht für den Anbauschrank.
