The Dice 5 garden house with a modern flat roof offers a high-quality and modern solution that allows you to transform your garden into an oasis of peace and relaxation. Made of solid wooden walls and a flat roof made of solid wood, it is designed for many years of sturdiness and durability.
The Dice 5 garden shed also has many practical benefits. Thanks to the solid construction, you can be sure of years of durability. In addition, the garden house was built with a double tongue and groove connection, which further increases the stability of the house. The water-repellent tread also contributes to its longevity. With a size of (WxDxH) 433 x 308 x 252 cm, it is suitable for various uses - whether as a party room in summer or as a retreat in winter, the Dice 5 will give you years of pleasure.
The assembly of the Dice 5 garden shed is child's play: It is delivered as a complete kit and can be assembled directly without much effort: In addition to the necessary tools, all you need is the enclosed instructions and some manual dexterity. The optionally available self-adhesive elastomer-bitumen roofing film provides protection of the roof from the effects of the weather. This roofing film is easy to install, has a high UV and colour resistance and is tear-resistant and crack-bridging. In addition, there is no need for welding, which makes laying the film child's play.
The two fixed window elements have dimensions WxH: 100 x 200 cm and are made of high-quality 5 mm thick toughened safety glass. The ventilation of the garden house is provided by the two aluminium sliding doors with movable leaves of size WxH: 200 x 200 cm, also made of high-quality 5 mm thick toughened safety glass. The doors are powder-coated in anthracite grey and have a brush seal to prevent wind, dust, dirt and insects from entering. To protect against unauthorized access, the doors are also equipped with a cylinder lock with 2 keys.
The included pressure-impregnated underlays provide long-term protection against rising rot and ensure the durability of the solid wood floor included in the scope of delivery. With the Dice 5 garden house with a modern flat roof, you have a modern highlight in your garden!
