The Dice 3 garden house with a modern flat roof offers a high-quality and modern solution that will allow you to transform your garden into an oasis of peace and relaxation. Made of solid wooden walls and a flat roof made of solid wood with an aluminium finishing strip, it is designed for many years of sturdiness and durability.
The Dice 3 garden shed also has many practical benefits. Thanks to the solid construction, you can be sure of years of durability. In addition, the garden house was built with a double tongue and groove connection, which further increases the stability of the house. The water-repellent tread also contributes to its longevity. With a size of (WxDxH) 308 x 308 x 242 cm, it is suitable for various uses - whether as a party room in summer or as a retreat in winter, the Dice 3 will give you years of pleasure. The assembly of the Dice 3 garden shed is child's play: It is delivered as a complete kit and can be assembled directly without much effort: In addition to the necessary tools, all you need is the enclosed instructions and some manual skills.
The optionally available self-adhesive elastomer-bitumen roofing film provides protection of the roof from the effects of the weather. This roofing film is easy to install, has a high UV and colour resistance and is tear-resistant and crack-bridging. In addition, there is no need for welding, which makes laying the film child's play. The ventilation of the garden house is provided by the aluminium sliding door with movable leaves of size WxH: 200 x 200 cm, made of high-quality 5 mm thick toughened safety glass. The door is powder-coated in anthracite grey and has a brush seal to prevent wind, dust, dirt and insects from entering.
To protect against unauthorized access, the garden house is also equipped with a cylinder lock with 2 keys. The included pressure-impregnated underlays provide long-term protection against rising rot and ensure the durability of the solid wood floor included in the scope of delivery.
