I. Right to object

(1) If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is:

• in the case of delivery of the Goods(s) in a consignment/delivery, 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the Goods.
• in the case of partial delivery (several goods in several shipments) 14 days from the day on which you or a third party received the last goods.
• in the case of delivery of goods in several parts, 14 days from the day on which you or a third party received the last part.

By means of a clear statement (e.g. letter, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

In order to meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the expiry of the deadline.

2. Consequences of revocation

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to different shipping methods) within 14 days from the date of receipt of your withdrawal. Repayment will be made using the same means of payment, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees.

We may refuse to refund until we receive the goods or you have provided proof of return.

You must return or hand over the goods within 14 days of notification of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are sent on time.

You will bear the direct costs of the return.

The following applies to goods that cannot be sent by parcel (e.g. bulky goods):

• The retrieval is carried out by a freight forwarder.
• The estimated costs are up to 250 € within Germany,
• up to €400 for returns from abroad.

We will cover any higher costs. You are only liable for losses in value if this is due to handling that was not necessary for the audit.
