Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Competition

• The participant expressly declares to be the author of the submitted images and the owner of the exclusive rights of use and exploitation to the images. By sending the pictures by eMail to marketing@karibu.dethe author grants Karibu Holztechnik GmbH an exclusive, spatially and temporally unlimited right of use. In particular, but not exclusively, the rights are granted for online use on the website, for social media (including facebook / instagram), advertising (online and offline), print advertisements and catalogues as well as for press articles. The author or source is not to be named by Karibu Holztechnik GmbH. The rights are granted free of charge and not exclusively, i.e. the participant as the author may also use the image himself. Should third parties assert claims due to infringement of their own rights, the participant indemnifies Karibu Holztechnik GmbH from all claims and assumes the necessary costs of legal defence.
• Employees of Karibu Holztechnik GmbH are excluded from participation.
• The participant(s) will be notified by Karibu Holztechnik GmbH by e-mail upon publication.
• Persons of legal age (18 years or older) are eligible to participate. Minors are excluded from participation.
• The entitlement to the prize is non-transferable.
• The voucher can be used for any product of Karibu Holztechnik GmbH. There is no minimum order value.
• Excluded from participation and publication are images that are not related to products of Karibu Holztechnik GmbH. The same applies to images that are racist, pornographic or contrary to public decency.

As of June 2025
