Sales clerk
- Support of your own existing customer group, processing of inquiries through daily telephone and written customer contact
- Preparation of offers and price calculations in cooperation with the sales management
- Processing of existing orders
- Online shop control of your own customers
- Processing of open items, general dunning process
- Support of account managers in day-to-day business and development of new customer potential
- Development of new concepts in direct cooperation with customers and sales management
- Completed commercial training or similar qualification
- Professional experience in internal sales is an advantage, but career changers are also welcome
- Affinity for online business is an advantage
- Good analytical skills, organizational talent and strong communication skills
- Customer- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- A high degree of responsibility, persuasiveness and negotiation skills round off your profile
