Your tasks
- Responsibility for a smooth production process in all production areas
- Optimization of production performance (output, efficiency, adherence to deadlines)
- Technical planning of production
- Implementation and follow-up of measures from quality rounds
- Ensuring and continuously improving product quality through permanent control in cooperation with our quality staff
- Carrying out error and problem analyses and initiating appropriate countermeasures
- Management, motivation and further development of production employees (shop floor management)
- Training of personnel with regard to new procedures, occupational safety and quality standards
- Promoting an open communication and team culture
- Compliance and monitoring of occupational safety guidelines
- Close cooperation with the areas of development, purchasing, sales and logistics
- Report to the management on production key figures and target achievement
Your qualifications
- A completed technical apprenticeship or a technical degree
- Leadership experience in a manufacturing company Experience in the wood industry is an advantage here
- Strong ability to create structure and clear responsibilities in organizations
- A strong affinity for materials science, especially in relation to metal and wood
- High presence in production and hands-on mentality
